3D KITCHEN DESIGNS

Image
Well here we want to show some examples of designs of kitchens in 3d that we have recently made for different projects, from apartments to single-family homes. All these designs have been adapted to the preferences defined by our customers, trying to show them the maximum realism that would allow them to get an exact idea of their kitchen once the work is finished. In most cases the different furniture of the kitchens have been modeled in 3d in a personalized way according to our customers' instructions and adapting it to the plans and measures of the project. One of the advantages, among many others, of the 3d renderings is that it allows you to make decisions before you have even started the work or reform and without a doubt this makes things much easier for customers; besides saving you headaches, time and money. Here are some examples of our latest work :

WORK RESTORATION TERRACOTTA FLOOR WITH ANCIENT TREATMENT IN BAD CONDITION (TARIFA)

Image
Terracotta floor in beach apartment in Tarifa (Cadiz) both inside and on the terrace with old treatment in poor condition due to wear and stains embedded in the continuous use. First of all, the pickling phase was started in order to eliminate traces of old treatment and penetrate encrusted stains to eradicate them. Subsequently, after the pickling and cleaning phase, the soil was left to dry for 4 days to re-apply protective treatment with satin finish (enhances the natural coloring of the clay slabs but with a non-gloss effect) in the interior and wet effect finish in exterior (enhances the natural coloring of the clay). Here we leave photos of the whole process of work: INITIAL STATE STATE AFTER CLEANING PHASE FINAL RESULT AFTER APPLICATION OF PROTECTIVE TREATMENT

Recovery of terracotta floor both exterior and interior in housing in Benahavis (Málaga)

Image
On this occasion we find a house with a light terracotta floor , both outdoors and inside the house. On the outside terracotta floor the main problem was that there were areas with incrustations of mold and some stains; while in the interior mud we find a mud that has been treated for a long time but that was already very worn and with some scratches caused by the use and movement of furniture. The procedure abroad was first to proceed to the eradication of areas with embedded mold, for a subsequent cleaning and application of matte finish treatment. In the interior, we proceeded first to a pickling phase to remove any remaining old treatment and leave the slab with its pore open and thus be able to clean in depth and finally apply an interior treatment with satin effect finish (matte) . Here we leave photos of the whole process : INITIAL STATE FINAL EFFECT

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING WALL FOUNTAIN

Image
From a sketch, we proceeded to manufacture a completely custom-made limestone wall fountain . The fountain was composed of a simple pilon with some details of molding and the front of the fountain was with two small columns on the sides and a carving detail in the shape of a flower just where the tap of the fountain would go. A hidden motor was also added so that the source had a closed water circuit system. Here you have pictures of the entire manufacturing process:
