WORK RESTORATION TERRACOTTA FLOOR WITH ANCIENT TREATMENT IN BAD CONDITION (TARIFA)
Terracotta floor in beach apartment in Tarifa (Cadiz) both inside and on the terrace with old treatment in poor condition due to wear and stains embedded in the continuous use.
First of all, the pickling phase was started in order to eliminate traces of old treatment and penetrate encrusted stains to eradicate them.
Subsequently, after the pickling and cleaning phase, the soil was left to dry for 4 days to re-apply protective treatment with satin finish (enhances the natural coloring of the clay slabs but with a non-gloss effect) in the interior and wet effect finish in exterior (enhances the natural coloring of the clay).
