CLEANING WORK AND TREATMENT OF MECHANICAL TERRACOTA FLOOR INSIDE HOUSING

Image
On this occasion we find a mechanical type terracotta floor . Only one of the rooms had been placed completely new, and in the rest the terracota had been placed much longer and had problems of some scratches and stains embedded; in addition to the normal wear and tear of the old treatment. The floors of mechanical terracotta are pavements that unlike the manual mud, these are manufactured using a hydraulic press that compacts the slab and makes it less thick, with a more regular surface than an artisan clay slab. The finish is very similar to that of a porcelain tile taking into account that the difference is that it is still terracotta and therefore retaining the differentiating character that a terracotta tile has on a porcelain tile. Despite being much more compact slabs than artisan clay, they still have a high degree of porosity, which is very susceptible to absorb stains, so it is essential to proceed with the application of a protective treatment to waterproof them . THE MARBLE COLUMNS THROUGH THE HISTORY

Image
From the Iron Age all the great Mediterranean and oriental cultures have used marble columns as a base and decorative point of their constructions. One of the first samples is found in Egypt, more than 4,500 years ago. Its aspects to emphasize were a cylindrical shaft and capitals adorned with floral motifs, lotuses, palms or papyri. The Persians built some of the most elaborate columns of the ancient era, highlighting those of Persepolis, which were made with capitals decorated with heads of bulls. The Greco-Roman civilization used them assiduously both in interior and exterior constructions, especially in the porticos, where over time the classical architectural orders were developed: Doric, Ionic and Corinthian. These elements lost something of importance throughout the Middle Ages, where the classical orders were abandoned in favor of more ductile designs, with capitals that incorporated floral or figurative decoration corresponding to Gothic and Roma

PRESENTATION PROJECT OF 3D ARCHITECTURE OF UNIFAMILIARY HOUSING

Image
On this occasion we will show you the presentation of a 3D project carried out on the design of a detached house of about 300 m2, quite peculiar and different; composed of an open area on the first floor that makes up living room, dining room and kitchen; where there is also a small bathroom and a laundry room in the kitchen area. In this same ground floor there are two rooms with their corresponding private bathrooms and in the main room there is a spa area which can be accessed directly from the room or from the outside porch. Going upstairs, it is completely open and from it you can see the whole living room, kitchen and dining area. From this floor you have access to a bathroom, a recreational-gym area, an office-art room and finally to a large terrace with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. Going to the outdoor area, we find an enormous porch with covered and uncovered part from which you access the main garden where there is an infinity pool and a covered gazebo. The
