THE CONCEPT OF MADE TO MEASURE

Image
On many occasions we receive calls and requests from sources, columns, marble sinks and chimneys; where they ask for our catalog or use a photo of our website, to ask us for quotes. The first thing we like to clarify is that our company does not have a catalog as such, that is, we do not manufacture from pre-designed models; if not all of our elaborations are made to measure and all the photos that appear on our website are references and examples of previous work. What we do is that from a reference that you can provide us through plans, drawings, photos of some architectural element that you have selected, photos of models that appear on our website, etc; we provide the client with a customized budget taking into account this model and parameters such as: details of measurements, type of material in marble and natural stone, type of finish (polished, honed, aged, ...) and delivery location. In this way we provide the client with a totally customized budget adapted to the speci

Cleaning and treatment of terracotta floor in solarium with mold problems in several areas

Image
In this work we find a fairly large solarium with a reddish-hued terracotta floor that had never been treated before and which had normally been cleaned using a pressurized water machine. Needless to say, we reiterate our recommendation to avoid at all costs the use of this type of pressurized water machines for cleaning terracotta floors, as they can deteriorate the surface of the slab, until it turns into dust. Returning to this work, the main problem that had the terracotta floor was the areas where it had embedded mold. Here we show you some photos of the initial state of the mud floor of the solarium : After performing the process of elimination of moldy areas and cleaning the rest of the terracotta floor of the solarium, we wait a few days for the soil to dry completely, to return and apply protective treatment for outdoor terracotta floors . In this case the client chose the wet effect finish that enhances the natural coloring of the terracotta slab intensi

Perspectives of 3D architecture plans

Image
We have all seen the blueprints of an architecture project with the elevation view, floor plan, etc; with the different measurements, of the different spaces that compose it. On the other hand, in the design of 3d architecture , it is a matter of presenting through photorealistic render the different spaces of the project, so that the client can visualize each room with great detail to get an idea as accurate as possible of how it is going to be once built. Without a doubt, this last point is the most important section for any company that is dedicated to 3d infoarchitecture. However, it is also very useful, both for the client, as architect and contractors, to have aerial perceptives in 3d, which allow the project to be viewed in front of the drone. In this way we can see all the spaces of the project from an aerial view, with a level of details that obviously the architectural plans do not offer. As a bird, we give you some examples of bird's-eye perspectives :
