Work of recovery of external terracotta floor with mold and verdigris . The procedure that has been followed has been of a first phase of elimination of mold and verdigris, a second of rinsing and cleaning. Later, after waiting for 4 days of drying, we proceeded to the third phase of application of treatment for exterior terracotta floors with a wet effect finish that intensifies the natural coloring of the clay. Below we provide some photos of the entire process from its initial state, to the final finish obtained. Restore work of artisan terracotta floor , exterior pink tonality, which had been treated several times with linseed oil and with some areas with problems of mold and verdigris. The procedure was first proceed to the pickling of the terracotta floor in the areas with the rest of the old treatment and in the areas of mold and veridin to proceed with their removal and cleaning. The terracotta floor presented mainly some areas of embedded spots and others with problems of mold and green. The procedure to be followed was firstly to proceed to a pickling process to remove the greatest amount of embedded stains and also to eradicate the zones with mold and green. Finally after the period of drying of the soil of about 4 days we proceeded to the application of external treatment with finished wet effect that as mentioned above enhances the natural color of the mud with a tone of a little shine. In this work we find an interior surface of terracotta floor reddish tonality that even though it was not in bad condition had long been untreated. The house was acquired by a new owner and wanted to make several reforms and among them was rehabilitating the floor. In a couple of bathrooms there had once been a problem of filtration of moisture that was already solved, but that caused that in some of the baths appeared whitish spots of saltpeter. We had to proceed to pick up these areas of the baths to eradicate saltpeter and with the rest of the floor of the house we performed a standard cleaning to leave the floor clean and ready to receive the treatment, which this time the customer chose the satin finish and Which was not very friendly to the shine on the floors. En este proyecto participamos desde un primer momento desde los orígenes sobre los planos de la vivienda. Tuvimos una labor principal asesorando directamente al cliente sobre los diferentes materiales a utilizar en su vivienda, adaptándonos en todo momento a sus gustos, preferencias y presupuesto. La vivienda es un unifamiliar independiente con una parcela de unos 600 m2 y con una superficie construida de unos 300 m2, compuesta por : Sótano, con bodega y salón recreativo Planta baja donde se ubica la cocina, salón principal, un baño común y un dormitorio con baño propio; además cuenta con un porche cubierto que bordea la piscina y patio trasero. Planta alta, donde se ubican el dormitorio principal con cuarto de baño propio con sauna y otros dos dormitorios que comparten un baño común.
