In this article we are going to show you some of our latest works of 3d designs related to bathroom designs. Many of the decorative elements such as bathtubs, furniture, etc., have been modeled in a personalized way following the specific requests of our clients. We have a complete range of predefined designs that can be customized in colors, materials, etc: however, sometimes our customers request very customized designs and in these cases we model them in 3d following the specifications received. This client called us to go and see the terracotta floor of his house that presented an important problem of a large number of areas with a lot of embedded scum. This problem occurs especially in areas facing north where, because they are very dark areas and where moisture accumulates in winter, scum find the ideal place to thrive and on a terracotta floor without any protective treatment, they find a guest with porous surface where to be able to root strongly and in depth. The client had tried for a long time to remove the scum using pressurized water machines, managing to remove much of the surface but not being able to penetrate internal layers of the slab. In addition, this method of using pressurized machines is extremely damaging to mud floors; since these machines work at important pressure bars that damage the surface of terracotta floor and gradually wear it down until the terracotta slab starts to granulate and to get rid little by little and in many cases becoming ir...

In this single-family housing project, we present to the client the design of its main living room with 3d renderings of four different flooring alternatives for its selection: one with marbled white marble floor, two with wooden flooring and one with parquet flooring : Finally, the client decided to use the darker wood flooring and in this way we presented the final 3D computer graphics so that he could visualize with the greatest possible number of details the design of his main room fully decorated according to his preferences.

On this occasion we presented a work to recover a very antict terracotta floor in very poor condition. The house was very old and located in Alhaurín el Grande (Malaga). The owners had reformed it completely and had decided to keep the original terracotta floor with more than 100 years old. The problem was that you see the previous owner, apply a cover together in an unorthodox way and covering the entire floor with cement globs everywhere; so and the ground was in pretty bad condition. Only one of the rooms had completely changed the floor for a completely new one. Taking all this into account and after a hard work of cleaning phase , we get a good result leaving customers very satisfied and getting to recover to a great extent the beauty of a clay with more than 100 years old.
