CLEANING AND TREATMENT OF TERRACOTTA FLOOR AND STONE EXTERIOR: THE VIÑUELA (MALAGA)

This time we are hired to carry out the cleaning and treatment of terracotta floor and stone terraces in a cottage next to Lake Viñuela (Málaga). Overall despite being an old mud, the original state was not shabby, but one area where had spots of mold and another where a red paint had been applied which apparently was a boat varnish and had been fatal. All the cleaning process was completed successfully; however stripping paint boat was extremely complicated and in fact not 100% was eliminated. After speaking with the client we commented that in this particular area was not possible to completely eradicate the happy painting; so she decided to change those few tiles with new ones to achieve a satisfactory outcome. FLOOR CLEANING AND TERRACOTTA FLOOR TREATMENT IN FAMILY HOUSE INTERIOR IN SOTOGRANDE

The work carried out consisted of two sections: On the one hand we had to come back to try a clay soil that once already been tried, but the ravages of time and the housing reform being carried out, was very off, worn and lost of its waterproofing properties. The procedure to do was carry out a gentle cleansing of the soil to erode even more the mainstay of treatment and then applying a first coat of primer and matte following customer specifications. Moreover there had been a couple of extensions in areas of the house where he had placed the same type of clay but totally unspoiled without any treatment and the aim was clean and treat; and above all getting it unified with the rest of the mud, so saw no difference with the oldest mud. In this case it proceeded to a thorough floor cleaning and subsequent treatment of two layers with the same type of finish and managed to unify completely with the oldest mud. COLUMN AND WHITE MARBLE FOUNTAIN IN FAMILY HOUSING PROJECT IN SOTOGRANDE

In this construction project New construction of single family house in Housing development Sotogrande (Cadiz), we participate in the making as 12 marble columns and marble center fountain and four jumpers; all made of white marble Turkish honed finish. The columns with their decorative character, functionality must meet load to hold the entire structure covered porch around the courtyard, roof using wooden beams and Moorish roofing tiles. Therefore a solid material was chosen and porous with little steam is white marble. Also it could have used any other type or macel cream marble white, but white is the Turkish election because it is a marble that is characterized by carrying little marbling; and this is what the customer demanded. Next to the columns and matching them a source of white Turkish marble floor center also manufactured.
