Image
Recovery work indoor terracotta floor . It was a mud floor light tone with lots of stains. At the time the soil was treated with linseed oil type product, but at the time of onset of labor had lost virtually all its protective properties. We had to proceed in a first phase to a pickling process for removing the old processor and the embedded stains that appeared. Because many areas had lots of very embedded stains, we had to repeat the stripping process on more than one occasion to get eradicate these spots. After the pickling phase, we proceeded to rinse and scrub the floor with the appropriate products to remove any salt that may have the floor. After a week once completely dry soil, note that the stain removal was achieved almost entirely. After drying the floor, we proceeded to the implementation of treatment inside with satin finish in two phases. A first application with a basic treatment for sealing pore clay and a second treatment with a satin finish for total waterp

Recovery work mechanical terracotta floor terrace in Benalmádena (Málaga). The floor was with numerous stains due to the time that has been exposed without any treatment. First we proceeded to the implementation of stripper-cleaner , leaving the act for about 20 minutes then proceed to the rotary machine to go descaling spots and collecting waste liquid vacuuming. This pickling process, I was held up to 3 times due to the level of encrusted stains that made these were very difficult to remove. Keep in mind that there are spots that are in such deep layers of the slab that are impossible to eradicate. Upon completion of the etching process and cleaning the soil is allowed to dry completely about 3 days. After this time we note that at least more than 80% of the original spots were completely eradicated, so the aesthetic improvement of the soil was more remarkable. Once the soil dry proceeded to the implementation of protective treatment wet effect to highlight the natural

Image
This time we are hired to carry out the cleaning and treatment of terracotta floor and stone terraces in a cottage next to Lake Viñuela (Málaga). Overall despite being an old mud, the original state was not shabby, but one area where had spots of mold and another where a red paint had been applied which apparently was a boat varnish and had been fatal. All the cleaning process was completed successfully; however stripping paint boat was extremely complicated and in fact not 100% was eliminated. After speaking with the client we commented that in this particular area was not possible to completely eradicate the happy painting; so she decided to change those few tiles with new ones to achieve a satisfactory outcome. After more than 12 years dedicated to this we never stop learning new things. Clarify that in practically all cases we eliminate all traces of previous treatments, but in this case was not achieved at 100%. It happens that when we are dealing with recovery work with t
